Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 1st, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Frame ("App," "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Frame. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. The Service
Frame is a personal progress-tracking application that helps you photograph, visualize, and stay consistent with your own physical transformation goals.
Health Disclaimer.
Frame is not a medical service. The App Owner is not a licensed healthcare professional, physician, dietitian, personal trainer, or fitness expert of any kind. Nothing in Frame — including motivational quotes, energy ratings, reminders, progress photos, or any other feature or content — constitutes medical advice, nutritional guidance, fitness instruction, diagnosis, treatment, or any form of professional health recommendation. Frame exists solely as a motivational and organizational tool to support goals you set for yourself.
You are solely responsible for your own health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health, fitness, or dietary regimen. The App Owner expressly disclaims all responsibility for any health outcome, injury, or adverse effect arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Frame offers a free tier and paid Pro plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime.
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through their in-app purchase systems, managed via RevenueCat. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of Apple or Google.
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid period.
6. Refund Policy
Because all transactions are processed through Apple or Google, refund requests are subject to their respective policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
To the extent the applicable platform permits us to direct or support refunds:
- Monthly / Yearly: No refund upon cancellation. Pro access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime: If you request a refund within 12 months of your Lifetime purchase date, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the original purchase price. No refund is available after 12 months from the purchase date, for any reason.
- Service discontinuation: If the App Owner discontinues the Service entirely, active Monthly and Yearly subscribers will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their current billing period. Lifetime subscribers will receive a 50% refund if their purchase was made less than 12 months prior to the discontinuation date; no refund is owed if 12 or more months have elapsed.
The App Owner reserves the right to discontinue the Service at any time, subject to the refund obligations above.
7. User Content
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Frame ("User Content").
You grant the App Owner a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose — including advertising, training data, or sharing with third parties — without your explicit, affirmative, in-app consent.
If you choose to share your progress externally (e.g., export a GIF, share a photo), you do so voluntarily. That act does not modify our obligations under this section or transfer any ownership rights to us.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure
- Create or use accounts to misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the App that are not User Content — including the Frame name, logo, design, interface, software, and motivational content — are owned by or licensed to the App Owner and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes only.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App Owner disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that data will never be lost. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall the App Owner's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your photos are permanently and immediately removed from our servers.
The App Owner may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Israel. If you are located in a jurisdiction whose consumer protection laws confer additional rights, nothing in this section limits those rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
