How are my photos stored?
Your photos are uploaded to our secure servers and are only accessible to you. We generate compressed variants to speed up loading, but your original photos are never shared with anyone else.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from the Settings screen inside the app. This permanently removes your profile, all photos, and associated data. Alternatively, visit the-frame.app/delete-account for step-by-step instructions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Frame is free to use. If you signed up for a paid plan, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings.
Why aren't my progress photos showing up?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when capturing photos. If a photo was taken offline it may not have synced yet — open the app and wait a moment for it to upload. If the issue persists, contact us below.
How do I turn off daily reminders?
Open the app and go to Settings, then tap Notifications. You can adjust the reminder schedule or turn notifications off entirely from there.
